The room i got really wasnt up to par, especially considering what they charged me. the tv didn't work, and i had to call maintenance twice before anyone bothered showing up. also, the housekeeping seemed pretty lazy. I found some hairs in the bathroom, a real nasty surprise and the soundproofing really needs improvements as the noise was very annoying.

the location was suitable for my needs .

the room i was initially given was quite small and lacked sufficient towels i also noticed there was no international voltage outlet available this was inconvenient as i had to use an adapter the shower design was flawed as water easily flowed out onto the bathroom floor it required constant mopping up.

The staff was very helpful. I found the breakfast options nice, especially the rooftop view. It made the start of the day special!!! The location is close to the metro. This made moving around the city very easy.

The windows were quite small, making the room a bit darker than I prefer.
